Cancellation Policy

Effective September 24, 2026

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled reading, no refund will be issued. You will need to reschedule the reading.

Giving notice

To cancel or reschedule, email magikaldivinations@outlook.com as soon as possible. Include your name and scheduled appointment date and time. A cancellation is considered received when Magikal Divinations receives the message.

At least 24 hours’ notice

If notice is received at least 24 hours before the scheduled reading, you may request a new appointment time. Psychic-reading sales are final, so the payment is applied to the new appointment rather than refunded.

Less than 24 hours’ notice

If notice is received less than 24 hours before the scheduled reading, the payment is non-refundable and will be applied to a rescheduled reading.

No-shows and late arrivals

A missed reading without notice is handled as a late cancellation: no refund will be issued and the reading must be rescheduled. Arriving late may reduce the length of the reading to avoid delaying the next customer.

Business cancellation

If Magikal Divinations cancels the appointment, the reading will be rescheduled at a time that works for you, at no additional cost.
